Hatay is one of Türkiye’s most distinctive gastronomic centers, with a rich culinary heritage shaped by the traces of civilizations spanning thousands of years. Blending Anatolian, Arab, Mediterranean, and Levantine cultures, Hatay cuisine was promoted through a nationwide campaign under the concept “Türkiye’s Flavor Corner.”
Within the scope of the campaign, a wide range of conventional and digital initiatives were implemented, alongside two gastronomy festivals held in Hatay and Istanbul.
